Is there a setup or build fee?+
No. The homepage preview costs nothing and the full build is included in your plan. Your first monthly payment is the only thing that changes hands before your site goes live.
Why a 12-month term?+
Because the work only pays off over months. We build your whole site up front, then do the search and content work that compounds, and the term is what lets us do that without an agency project fee. It is stated here and again at checkout, so there is no surprise. After 12 months you roll month to month and can stop whenever you like.
What happens if I leave?+
Your domain, your content, your photographs and your Google accounts are in your name from day one and go with you. If you want to keep the site live without us, buy it outright and we hand over the complete website as standalone HTML you can host anywhere. Nothing is held hostage.
Can I move between plans?+
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more pages or more content and we adjust your billing from the next invoice. Downgrades apply from your next term.
Are there hidden costs?+
No. Hosting, SSL, analytics, content and your portal are all included. Optional extras are priced up front: extra pages or a professional logo are once-off, and a custom domain is R300 a year. You choose them after you sign up, and your monthly fee never changes because of them.
Do I own my website?+
Yes, in the ways that matter, and the site itself is rent to own. Your content, brand, domain and accounts are always yours. The site runs on our platform while you subscribe, and you can buy it outright at any time and take the full website away as standalone HTML. The portal and the monthly work stay with the subscription, because they are the service.
Do you guarantee rankings?+
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We do the search work properly on every page and show you every month which searches you appeared for and which enquiries came in.
How do I pay?+
By card, in Rand, through Paystack. Billing is monthly and VAT inclusive, and your invoices live in your management portal.
